Northern Leasing Systems, Inc.(“Northern”) is an industry leading micro-ticket leasing corporation that specializes in lease financing for point-of-sale (POS) credit/debit card authorization systems and other critical business and product delivery services equipment. Bryant Park Capital LLC (“BPC”) is pleased to announce the closing of a senior secured credit facility for Northern with a leading bank. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The facility will be used to make a partial repayment of the existing senior credit facilities and provide additional capacity for new originations. The new credit facility enables Northern to diversify its creditor mix while partnering with a lender capable of growing with Northern. BPC acted as financial advisor to and as placement agent for Northern in connection with this transaction.
123 Lump Sum Holdings, LLC (“123 Lump Sum”), is a specialty finance company that applies institutional financing, underwriting and legal expertise to purchase future cash flows (structured settlements and insurance annuities). Since its inception in 2001, 123 Lump Sum has purchased over $700 million of structured settlement payments. BPC is pleased to announce the closing of a senior secured credit facility for 123 Lump Sum. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The new facility provides additional capacity to purchase and warehouse structured settlements. BPC initiated this transaction and acted as placement agent for 123 Lump Sum.
