Jim is a Managing Director at Bryant Park Capital’s New York Office and has over 38 years of experience. Jim joined Bryant Park Capital in 2023 and is focused on sourcing, managing and executing capital raising and advisory assignments.

Prior to joining BPC, Jim was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Corporate Development at Cartiga, a leading provider of legal pre-settlement funding to consumers and working capital funding to law firms.

Previous to his time at Cartiga, Jim was an investment banker covering financial services companies.  Jim held Managing Director roles at several firms, including Piper Jaffray, Houlihan Lokey - where he founded that firm’s financial institutions group - and PaineWebber.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University, and his MBA from UCLA.  He holds Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and Series 79 securities licenses.
