Oleh joined Bryant Park Capital in 2022 and is currently a Senior Analyst at the firm’s Philadelphia Office. He is engaged in multiple aspects of the business such as debt and equity raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, and advisory services.

Prior to joining Bryant Park Capital, Oleh worked as an international tax accountant for over four years. He’s experienced in a variety of industries including, medical device manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, and energy. His expertise encompasses cross-border transactions, accounting for income taxes, U.S. tax compliance, and international tax compliance. 

Oleh has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a FINRA registered representative (Series 79 and 63).
