Samantha joined Bryant Park Capital in 2020 and is currently a Vice President at the firm's Philadelphia Office. She serves an integral role by supporting the firm's wide range of engagements, including debt and equity capital raises, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, and advisory services across several industries. She also assists with merchant banking opportunities through the firm’s cannabis industry vertical.

Prior to joining BPC, Samantha worked for EY performing audit and advisory services for financial services companies. She assisted her clients with their annual and quarterly financial results and worked on several initial and secondary offerings.

Samantha has a Bachelor of Science from Villanova University with majors in Accounting and Finance. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Pennsylvania, a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder, and a FINRA registered representative (Series 79 and 63).
