MoneyLion, Inc. ("MoneyLion") is an emerging consumer finance company focused on building next generation responsible credit products that reduce the risk of borrowing for its customers.
Bryant Park Capital, LLC ("BPC") acted as financial advisor to and placement agent for MoneyLion in connection with this transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The new credit facility enables MoneyLion to grow its balance sheet with institutional capital.
