(“LHL” or the “Company”) in connection with a transaction where LHL received a commitment of debt and equity capital from an institutional investor. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

LHL is a newly formed company in the life settlement market, founded by leading industry executives who collectively have originated over $30 billion in life insurance assets over the past 15 years.
