123 Lump Sum Holdings, LLC (“123 Lump Sum”), is a specialty finance company that applies institutional financing, underwriting and legal expertise to purchase future cash flows (structured settlements and insurance annuities). Since its inception in 2001, 123 Lump Sum has purchased over $700 million of structured settlement payments. BPC is pleased to announce the closing of a senior secured credit facility for 123 Lump Sum. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The new facility provides additional capacity to purchase and warehouse structured settlements. BPC initiated this transaction and acted as placement agent for 123 Lump Sum.
